This policy explains what information we collect when you use AI Coach services, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

What we collect

When you book a coaching session, we collect:

• Contact information: Your name and email address (via Stripe and Cal.com)
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Intake form responses: Your answers to the 5-question intake form about your work, tools, and goals (via Typeform)
• Session information: Notes from our coaching session, the custom prompts we build together, and your 30-day roadmap

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare your personalized AI Readiness Profile before the session
• Conduct and follow up on your coaching session
• Send you session materials (prompts, roadmap, follow-up emails)
• Send you occasional updates about AI coaching resources if you opt in

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payment, Cal.com for scheduling, Typeform for intake, Resend for email delivery).

Case studies and content

We may use anonymized, aggregated insights from coaching sessions to create educational content (blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn posts). We never identify individual clients by name, firm, or any identifying detail without explicit written permission.

Data retention

We retain session-related information for up to 12 months. Payment records are retained as required by Stripe's terms and applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time

We use the following services to deliver AI Coach:
